QR Plus operations bring together services with different functions and dependencies. We manage them considering the features used, plan conditions and engagement scope under the Terms of Use and applicable specific instruments.
This document presents our handling of operational matters and continuity and support requirements in business assessments. Relevant conditions are reviewed in that context so the engagement reflects intended use.
1. Service organization
We distinguish dashboard access, code creation, content publication, redirection and integration operations. Problem analysis considers the affected component and its relationship to other features, allowing us to direct support and necessary explanations.
A static code’s continuity, dynamic QR Code resolution and hosted file availability have different dependencies. This distinction is part of our service assessment and its usage lifecycle.
2. Capacity and usage conditions
We apply usage rules and limits by feature and plan to organize service consumption and address excess use or misuse. Commercial and operational conditions are considered together when assessing specific business needs.
Defining a capacity requirement does not make a feature automatically available in every plan. Alignment concerns services actually included in the engagement.
3. Failure and dependency handling
We receive reports through official channels and review symptoms, impact and involved components. Technical handling considers the application, data and supporting services relevant to the case.
When an event involves a provider or external destination, we distinguish conditions under our operation from those related to third-party services. This review guides possible actions and information communicated during support.
4. Continuity and recovery
We handle continuity requirements through the information and dependencies needed for each service. In copy and recovery reviews, we consider the scope of data, files and configurations relevant to the environment assessed.
Retention, restoration and resumption questions are routed to the corresponding technical assessment. Configuration information and operational evidence receive controlled sharing, protecting internal infrastructure details.
Specific recovery and availability objectives are handled in the engagement context. These public guidelines do not set a single timeline for components and services with different characteristics.
5. Support and communication
We centralize requests through official channels and route subjects according to their nature: operations, privacy, contracting or supplier qualification. Support considers the feature involved, analysis needed and applicable relationship conditions.
Communication uses the contacts recorded in the request and focuses on information relevant to the case. Internal data, information from other accounts and sensitive details are protected during routing and follow-up.
6. Business requirements
We participate in assessments with specific availability, support and continuity requirements. Our team connects those requirements to service scope and reviews technical and contractual conditions before formalization.
Specific commitments are documented in the corresponding instrument. These guidelines complement our operational presentation and relate to the Terms of Use and contracted conditions.
7. Operational contact
Our team receives operational questions and procurement requirements through the contact page. Support identifies the subject and directs handling appropriate to the assessment and service involved.
